Hello Thirty

Our products are meticulously crafted according to your individual preferences. Once an order is placed and paid for online, we regret to inform you that refunds and cancellations are not available.

Please note that as our products are made from natural wood, there may be slight variations in colours and textures. Certain acrylic materials we utilise may not guarantee exact colour consistency. There might be minor variations in shades compared to what you see online, and this can be attributed to factors beyond our control. Your purchase signifies your understanding of this aspect, and therefore, we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind.
